Meet Gerty ...

In October 2011, Gerty Ward joined TSN as a volunteer during a sabbatical year in Norwich.

Gerty has taught for 10 years in the USA. She is a teacher at Durham Academy, North Carolina where she has responsibility for teaching to science and maths to 11 - 14 year old pupils.

She is overseeing the Kit Club in this period of transition for TSN as we adjust to life without Pauline (who died during the summer) and Carol who moved to Somerset in December 2011.
