Welcome to the Teacher Scientist Network (TSN)

A beacon of best practice (DfES, BBSRC, RCUK) linking the scientific community of the Norwich Research Park with teachers of science from the (Norfolk) Education Community. Our core activity is a network of one-to-one teacher-scientist partnerships with a wide portfolio of teacher-led supporting activites

Our main aims are:

• To support and encourage teachers to deliver up-to-date and relevant science.

• To encourage scientists to interact with teachers and children.

• To help counteract the ‘eccentric boffin’ stereotype of scientists.
